Q. What are the Advantages of Working with Wingpow International Ltd?

You save on management time as all Product Development is managed for you in English, by English speakers. You only pay the China factory price, delivery and import duties. Q. What are the risks if I chose to deal with a Chinese business in China?

Without an established Chinese network (business infrastructure) it is very easy to make mistakes, lose money or find yourself with inferior products – even if the product you signed off has passed any testing required.

Problems can also occur when it comes to customs clearance at the port of delivery unless the correct paper work is completed. Many people have burnt there fingers thus losing out on a great business opportunity. China has a very different business culture but we ensure a simple and clear western business partnership without the confusion, or chance of losing quality or investment.

Q. Do I have to order a container load?

No you don’t have to order a full container. However, goods are subject to minimum order criteria of 500 per piece. If a full container load is ordered the shipping is more economical, but we can also offer LCL (less than container load) shipments and air freight for fast turnaround products.

Q. How are you different from other Manufacturers in China?

We have built a western business, with western standards and ethics, but with the benefits of Chinese pricing.

Q. Can I come and visit the factory?

Yes of course. Just let us know when you would like to go? We will take you through the facilities and also the processes from start to finish.

Q. What Products can you manufacture in China?

Anything made from injection or poured plastics & materials. We currently manufacture a wide range of products from Adult Novelties, through to Home-wear goods. We specialize in Silicone, TPE, and plastics.
We also design our own electronics & circuit boards giving us total flexibility.

Q. I am already importing from China, how can Wingpow International help?

We own our own facility 100%, therefore we may be able to find you a better price, superior products and offer you 100% security for your manufacturing needs. We are also English speakers so we can stop any confusion you may have had in the past.

Q. Can you provide me with a sample before mass production?

Yes, we start by offering a ‘to scale’ size resin mould of your design and in-house CAD designs of your product(s). We are then able to offer ‘pre-production’ samples of the product to be signed off ready for mass production.

Q. Do I clear the goods via customs in my country?

We offer FOB terms and allow you to arrange your own shipping but we can also offer you the use of a complete door to door delivery solutions via our agents.

Q. What happens to the information I provide to you regarding my product?

Your privacy and product protection is extremely important to us. We often arrange mutually agreeable non-disclosure agreements before discussions begin. All legal documentation is done in UK/US law to ensure your product is secure within our factory.

Q. What quality measures do you ensure for all products out of your factory?

We are an independently certified facility which is also FDA approved.

We are 100% RoHS compliant and gain independent certification for all EU / US directives.

Our quality assurance systems are also second to none with 100% traceability of all component items.
We also test numerous criteria in-house, including EMC testing.

As we said before, we are a Western business with Western standards.
