QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM

We Manufacture at less than 2% returns over our entire product range (toys, home wares, technical)

Wingpow operate a 100% QA check policy.

All products are individually battery tested a minimum of 4 times throughout the manufacturing process.  The final battery test is moments before the products are sanitized then packaged.

This means that we are certain that 100% of the products leave Wingpow working.

We are so confident that our QA systems are correct, that we offer a full Wingpow Manufacturing Guarantee.

In addition to this, we operate a full 'Product Traceability' system, where weekly batch coding allows us to trace ALL component parts and materials to source.
